Product Description
PEROXIDE XLPE COMPOUNDS
The product is crosslinkable modified polyethylene insulating material, selected high-quality polyethylene resin. The process focuses on the addition of auxiliarymaterials and the uniformity of mixing, and make sure the production process clean & pollution-free. The product is used for 10kV crosslinking polyethylene cable insulation layer, with the stable and reliable physical & chemical indicator, and excellent processing performance.
Peroxide XLPE (Peroxide cross-linkable polyethylenes) is made by mixture, plasticization and granulation with the low-density polyethylene as the basic resin mixed with cross linking agent and other additives. XLPE insulation is effective at high and low temperatures.
Due to its unique structure, XLPE is not only extremely resistant to wear but also resistant to high voltage electricity, chemicals and other harmful substances. Cross-linked polyethylene insulation is also a more affordable option. Peroxide cross-linkable XLPE is increasingly used for medium voltage and high voltage AC cable insulation.

Processing:
it is recommended to use a conventional extruder (three-layer co-extrusion, length-diameter ratio of 20:1 to 30:1)for operation, and other equipment needs to be adjusted according to the situation.

Cartons packaged with pallets and films, N.W:600 kg/Carton.
(Cartons are sealed and packaged, with pallets at the bottom of the box, lined with polyethylene film protection. )
Note:
1. Before using, it is necessary to confirm that the package is not damaged, and if the product particles are found to be contaminated or discolored, stop using.
2. Transportation, stacking and storage should prevent sun, rain and water immersion, etc., and the storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
3. The best using period is within six months from the date of manufacture.
4. According to industry experience, it is recommended that the extruder be equipped with a filter screen, which can strengthen plasticization and stabilize the current.
